What' new in the Gumotex Rush 1 Model 2024?
Due to production difficulties, the Rush 1 was temporarily removed from the market. In 2024, it makes its comeback! The boat remains largely unchanged, but the side chambers no longer use dropstitch material. Additionally, the boat now features a new air seat. It's the same seat that will also be used in the Gumotex Seashine. This seat is modeled after the Grabner high-pressure seat. It no longer has a screw valve but can be inflated with the pump, just like the boat.

The Gumotex Rush 1 comes with a seat and a footrest. The included fin enhances the kayak's directional stability and maneuverability in the water. Additionally, it comes with a repair kit for minor damages, a valve key, thigh straps, a sponge for cleaning, and a waterproof transport bag with a capacity of 80 liters. This allows you to store, maintain, and of course, use your Gumotex Rush 1 effectively on the water.
The Gumotex Rush 1 is also compatible with a cockpit, allowing you to conveniently store your gear for longer tours. In addition to traditional accessories such as paddles, pumps, or life jackets, we also recommend a canoe trolley for the Gumotex Rush 1. This makes it quick and easy to transport your kayak.
The Gumotex Rush 1 can be easily inflated within minutes using a good air pump. It consists of 3 air chambers: two side chambers and the Drop-Stitch floor. Initially, the side chambers are inflated to 0.25 bar using the easily operated Push-Push valves. Then, the Drop-Stitch floor requires inflation to 0.5 bar. The included seat and footrest can be quickly inflated and attached to the kayak after just a few pump strokes. It's important to attach the fin before inflation by sliding it into the fitting located on the underside of the Gumotex Rush 1.
