How long does shipping take and what are the shipping costs?

Can I return my canoe, kayak or accessories?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them under your statutory right of withdrawal. Please pack the products carefully and, if possible, include a copy of the delivery note or invoice so that we can process your return quickly.
