Please provide your name, email address and order number so that we can clearly identify your order. If you only wish to withdraw from part of an order, please specify the relevant items in the designated field.

After submitting the form, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by email. If any additional information is required, we will contact you.

Please note: The statutory right of withdrawal generally applies for 14 days from receipt of the goods. The automatic confirmation of receipt only confirms that we have received your withdrawal declaration. Whether the requirements for a valid withdrawal have been met is determined by the applicable legal provisions and is not confirmed by the confirmation of receipt.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, the relevant items must be returned to us. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned goods using the original payment method. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
