Refund policy

 

If you are not satisfied with the product purchased from us, you may return it within fourteen (14) calendar days.

Items must be returned in unused condition together with a copy of the delivery note to our address:

The product price and any applicable taxes will be refunded once your return has been received and inspected. The refund will be made using the original payment method.

Shipping costs for delivery (standard shipping) will be refunded if the entire order is withdrawn. In the case of partial returns, shipping costs are generally not refunded.

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. For unpaid returns, the incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

If the product has been used beyond normal inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate loss in value from the refund. This may amount to the full value of the goods.

 

What amount will be refunded for partial returns of a set?

Pump: €25
Per paddle: €25
Per life jacket: €50

Please note: When returning the boat, the entire set must be returned.

 

Return instructions

Please follow the instructions below when packaging and sending your return. These are necessary to ensure proper processing of your return.

1. Pack the item carefully to avoid damage during transport.
2. Include a copy of the delivery note (included in your shipment).

 

Damaged or defective products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt by email at office@kanu-online.com or by phone.

Once we have received and inspected the item, a refund of the product price including taxes or a replacement will be issued, depending on the case. The refund will be made using the original payment method.

Products that become defective more than fourteen (14) days after receipt fall under warranty and will be repaired or replaced by Kanu-Online.
