Our opinion: The Hiko Plugs 4.0 are Hiko's warmest pogies. They are made from leftover neoprene from spraydeck production. The Hiko Plugs 4.0 offer outstanding insulation. Thanks to the neoprene cuff, no spray water can get inside. Snap buttons allow the pogies to be clipped together, preventing them from getting lost individually.
