The Gumotex Twist 2/1 comes with 2 seats and 2 footrests. With the included fin, you can improve the directional stability and maneuverability of the Gumotex Twist 2/1 in the water. Additionally, you receive a repair kit for minor damages, a valve key, a sponge for cleaning, and a fabric bag for transport. This allows you to store, maintain, and of course, use your Gumotex Twist 2/1 ideally both on land and in the water.

For the Gumotex Twist 2/1, in addition to classic accessories like paddles, pump, or a life jacket, we also recommend a pressure gauge for measuring the operating pressure. This ensures that you inflate your Gumotex Twist 2/1 correctly and safely.

Since the standard delivery of the Gumotex Twist 2/1 includes only a fabric bag, we also recommend a waterproof transport bag.

The Gumotex Twist 2/1 can be set up in just a few minutes with a good air pump. The Twist 2/1 consists of 3 air chambers (one floor chamber and two side chambers), all equipped with easy-to-use push-push valves. All chambers are inflated to 0.2 bar, starting with the floor chamber. The included seats and footrests are quickly inflated and attached to the kayak after a few pump strokes. Before inflating, make sure to attach the fin - simply slide it into the fitting on the underside of the Gumotex Twist 2/1.

The Gumotex Twist 2/1 is designed for one to two people. When used solo, the boat provides ample legroom and storage space for multi-day trips. The Gumotex Twist 2/1 is very stable, making it ideal for beginners or those who prefer a stable inflatable kayak.

Das Gumotex Twist 2/1 besteht aus dem bewährten NITRILON®-Material, das auch bei vielen anderen Gumotex-Modellen eingesetzt wird. Es ist abriebfest, UV-beständig und deutlich langlebiger als einfache PVC-Luftboote. Für ruhige Gewässer, Seen und gemütliche Flusstouren bietet das Material eine sehr solide Basis und steckt typische Kontakte mit Ufer, Kies oder leichten Grundberührungen gut weg.

Durch die einfache, offene Konstruktion gibt es nur wenige Teile, die verschleißen können, was das Boot insgesamt pflegeleicht und wartungsarm macht. Wichtig für die Lebensdauer sind eine gute Trocknung nach der Tour, Lagerung im Schatten und Schutz vor dauerhafter UV-Belastung. Bei richtiger Pflege kann das Gumotex Twist 2/1 viele Jahre zuverlässig im Einsatz bleiben.

Durch sein geringes Gewicht und das kompakte Packmaß lässt sich das Twist 2/1 besonders leicht transportieren. Zusammengefaltet passt es bequem in den mitgelieferten Stoffbeutel und findet damit in jedem Kofferraum Platz.

Für den Weg zum Wasser empfiehlt sich ein Kanuwagen, vor allem wenn zusätzliches Gepäck mitgeführt wird. Auch zuhause ist das Boot unkompliziert zu verstauen – trocken lagern, leicht geöffnet, und vor UV-Licht geschützt.
